Basic Requirements:

• Proof of Liability Insurance and/or WSIB Insurance
• All preferred vendors need to respond to work orders in 24 hours or less
• Be available to complete work orders no later than 5 business days
• Use digital cameras to provide before and after photos of work
• Respectfully work in occupied and vacant homes
• Warrant labor and materials for 90 days after satisfactory completion and will further agree to repair or replace any defective workmanship or material without cost
• All invoices must contain detailed breakout for labor, materials, taxes and permits. A valid Work Order number must be on each invoice.
• Be paid on a Net 15-30 day basis after job completion
